D90 Terms & Conditions — Platform Usage Policy
Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before using the d90 platform. By registering an account or using any d90 service, you agree to be bound by all provisions set out in this document.
1. Acceptance of Terms and Scope of Application
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between d90 ("Platform", "we") and users ("you") who access or use the services provided through d90.biz and any related applications. By accessing the platform, registering an account, making a deposit, or using any d90 service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by these Terms.
The d90 platform is intended exclusively for users who are 18 years of age or older. If you have not yet reached this age, you are not permitted to use this platform in any capacity. d90 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend any account suspected of being held by an underage individual.
These Terms apply to all d90 platform users regardless of location, device used, or method of access. Continued use of the platform following any changes to the Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated version.

2. Account Creation & Security
Registration & User Information
To access the full range of d90 platform services, you are required to register an account with accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. This includes your full name, a valid email address, an active Malaysian mobile number, and Malaysian bank details for withdrawal purposes.
D90 reserves the right to verify the accuracy of any information provided at any time. If information is found to be inaccurate or misleading, d90 reserves the right to suspend or terminate the relevant account without prior notice.
Each user is only permitted to have one account only. Owning more than one account under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any existing balances.
Password and Account Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your d90 username and password secure. Under no circumstances will d90 request your password via email, text message, or phone call.
You must notify the d90 support team immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation. d90 is not liable for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorised use of your account prior to the report being made.

3. User Responsibilities and Platform Usage Rules
By using the d90 platform, you agree to comply with all of the following rules without exception:
- Using the platform solely for legitimate entertainment purposes and not misusing any of the services provided.
- Not using any automated software, bots, or unauthorised third-party tools to access or interact with the d90 platform.
- Do not attempt to modify, decompile, or gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform.
- Do not use your account for money laundering or any other illegal financial activities.
- Do not register or use an account on behalf of another person without valid written authorisation.
- Do not share, sell, or transfer your account to any other party under any circumstances.
- Do not spread false, misleading, or defamatory information about the d90 platform or its services.
Any violation of the above rules entitles d90 to take immediate action, including suspending or terminating your account and withholding or forfeiting any balance in the affected account, depending on the nature of the violation.

4. Payments, Deposits and Transactions in MYR
Deposit Policy
All transactions on the d90 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits can be made via the payment methods available on the platform at the time, including FPX bank transfers and supported Malaysian e-wallets. d90 reserves the right to modify available payment methods without prior notice.
Deposits that have been successfully credited are final and cannot be reversed once the transaction is completed. Should a technical issue cause a deposit not to be credited within the expected timeframe, users must contact d90 support with proof of the transaction.
Withdrawal Policy
Withdrawals are only permitted to a Malaysian bank account registered in the same name as the d90 account holder. d90 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing withdrawals, particularly for amounts exceeding certain limits.
Withdrawal processing times are subject to d90's internal procedures and the operating hours of the relevant bank. d90 is not liable for any delays caused by the bank or third-party payment systems. Withdrawals suspected of being linked to fraudulent activity or a breach of terms may be held pending investigation.
All bonuses and promotions are subject to separate rollover requirements. Failure to meet these requirements prior to making a withdrawal may result in the bonus being forfeited and the withdrawal request being declined.
5. Liability Limits, Account Policy and Intellectual Property
Platform Liability Limits
D90 provides the platform on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, d90 makes no warranty that the platform will operate without interruption, technical errors, or data loss. d90 is not liable for any indirect financial losses, loss of profits, or other losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform.
In the event of a system failure, technical error, or connection disruption during an active betting session, d90 will address the issue in accordance with its established internal procedures. d90's decision in resolving disputes related to technical issues is final.
Account Suspension & Closure Policy
D90 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user account at any time for the following reasons: breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, use of multiple accounts, promotion abuse, or at the user's own request. Users may request voluntary account closure by contacting d90 support.
Intellectual Property
All content on the d90 platform, including but not limited to logos, text, graphics, user interfaces, designs, and software, is the exclusive property of d90 or its respective licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any such content without prior written consent from d90.
Third-Party Links
The d90 platform may contain references to or information about third-party services such as payment providers. d90 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party services. Use of third-party services is subject to the respective third party's own terms and conditions.
Changes to Terms and Applicable Law
D90 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Changes take effect as soon as they are published on the platform. You are advised to review these Terms periodically. These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with Malaysian law. Any disputes arising will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Malaysian courts.
